Summary:
We are seeking a professional to support content governance, information protection, and compliance initiatives across enterprise collaboration platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring documents and content are stored in the appropriate locations, shared securely, and managed according to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The focus is on governance, policy enforcement, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities• Monitor and govern content across platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Box.
• Ensure compliance with document management, retention, and data protection policies.
• Review internal and external content-sharing activities and verify adherence to security requirements, including expiring links and access controls.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Business teams to identify and resolve governance issues.
