Full-time | On site and in the field, starting in New York City and Nassau County
Compensation for this full-time position: $150,000 to $180,000 annual base salary, based on experience, plus up to $60,000 annually in quarterly performance bonuses.
ABOUT SWEETSPOT
SweetSpot Heating & Cooling is a new residential HVAC company being built for New York City and Nassau County, with potential expansion elsewhere on Long Island. We focus on heat pumps and heating and cooling installations for homeowners. We are preparing to launch and are hiring the person who will build and run the operation with our three founders.
THE ROLE
You will build SweetSpot's operation from its first crew. This is a hands on job: you will be in homes, on job sites and in the numbers.
