Position Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Level 3 HVAC Start-Up Technician to lead pre-startup, factory-level startup, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment on project sites nationwide. This is a senior field role for a technician who can own startups from start to finish, solve hard equipment problems, and help develop Level 1 and Level 2 technicians. The role is based on site, with intermittent travel home.
