We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to support enterprise software deployment, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint security.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience with Windows 11 operating systems, including monthly and annual updates.
• Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 applications and updates.
• Proficiency with enterprise endpoint management systems such as Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, or equivalent.
• Experience with workstation imaging solutions and service management ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams, end users, and senior stakeholders.
