Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury / Mass Tort
Location: Encino, CA | Full-Time | Hybrid/Remote
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury and/or mass tort matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cases from pleadings and discovery through depositions, motions, settlement, and trial preparation.Draft complaints, pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.Conduct and defend depositions.Develop case strategy, including liability, damages, and settlement analysis.Prepare trial exhibits, witness outlines, and other trial materials.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams.
Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school.Active California Bar license.3+ years of civil litigation experience.Personal injury and/or mass tort experience strongly preferred.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to independently manage multiple cases and…
