In collaboration with the Senior RN Supervisor, the Medical Foster Care (MFC) Social Worker is responsible for the day to day administrative and operational oversight of the Ft Myers/Sarasota MFC Program. In addition, the social worker provides clinical social work interventions to children receiving care through the Medical Foster Care Program and their families and serves as the program coordinator.
