Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Education paraprofessional. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs and helping them achieve their educational goals. The Special Education Paraprofessional will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide assistance in the classroom, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
Responsibilities
Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide one-on-one support to students during instructional activities, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and participation, reporting any concerns to the teacher.
