Attorney - Workers' Compensation (All Levels) Fully Remote Option
About This Role
Prominent defense firm is expanding in PA and seeks attorneys at all levels, Associate/Counsel/Partner with workers' compensation or related experience (open to claimants or defense side exp.) who are licensed to practice in PA.
Partner candidates do NOT need a book of business. This role can be fully remote or hybrid and can be based anywhere in the state of PA. Firm offers growth opportunities and a flexible/collaborative work culture!
Responsibilities:
File review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claimsExtensive legal research and drafting of client correspondence, discovery devices, summations, appeals and appellate briefsRegularly represent clients at depositions and hearingsManage cases from start to finish
Qualifications:
Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in PA2-20+ years' experience in workers' compensation or related experience
