Collaborates with parents, teachers, administrators, and student services personnel to address student needs, monitor academic progress, and promote student success. Supports attendance initiatives, student interventions, referrals for specialized services, and communication regarding student concerns. Maintains confidentiality, ensures compliance with district policies and applicable regulations, and fosters a positive, supportive learning environment that helps all students reach their full potential.
