About This Role
The Information Security Analyst supports cybersecurity operations for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). This role serves as a cybersecurity liaison and organizational ISSO/ISSM, helping protect Air Force networks, information systems, accounts, and data while maintaining compliance with Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve in an organizational cybersecurity liaison, ISSO, and/or ISSM capacity for supported supported organizations
• Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures that protect computer networks, information systems, digital files, and critical infrastructure
• Analyze security alerts, logs, reports, and system-health information to identify vulnerabilities, policy violations, and potential security incidents
