About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Riverview. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule
• 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000
• 18 days per month: Base salary $301,000
• Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
• RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities
• Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average
• Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions
• No procedures or codes required
