About This Role
VCounselors is seeking a Texas-licensed Psychologist to join our growing clinical network, with a primary focus on psychological testing and assessment.
This opportunity is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work and wants access to a consistent referral pipeline without having to manage the administrative demands of building a traditional private practice.
We provide the referrals and administrative infrastructure. You determine the caseload and schedule that work for you.
Compensation
Compensation is fee-for-service and based on the psychological testing, evaluations, supervision and other clinical services you choose to provide.
Psychologists maintaining a robust assessment caseload may earn an estimated $110,000–$160,000 annually, depending on testing volume, services performed, payer mix, and collections.
VCounselors also offers a $1,500 initial contracting milestone incentive upon completion of specific service milestones.
