We are a nonprofit outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our community. Our team includes therapists, interns, billing and support staff, and we pride ourselves on collaboration, client-centered care, and a supportive work environment. We have three locations and have openings for Therapists at all three sites: Archbold, Bryan, and Wauseon.
Position Summary
We are seeking licensed or license-eligible therapists to provide individual, family, couples and group therapy to clients in a structured, professional outpatient setting. This role is suitable for all statuses--employee or contract--who are committed to high-quality clinical care, strong documentation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
