School-Based Healthcare Solutions Network (SBHSN) is expanding its Transitional Coach Program in public schools.
This opportunity is designed for behavioral health professionals who want a meaningful caseload, professional autonomy and strong earning potential within a school-day schedule.
What makes the model different:
• Approximately 25–30 professional hours per week
• Established caseload of approximately 35 students
• Combination of group and individual behavioral health services
• Monday–Friday school schedule with no weekends
• Clinical supervision provided
• Fee-for-service earning potential up to $12,800+/month with an optimized caseload
A 35-student caseload does not mean 35 traditional hour-long individual sessions each week. The model uses clinically appropriate group and individual services to serve students efficiently.
