The Andy Taylor Center is part of the Early Childhood Development Initiative (ECDI) in the College of Education, Health and Human Services at Longwood University. The Part-time Assistant Early Childhood Teacher will provide support to the Lead Teacher in the classroom. The Part-time Assistant Teacher will be responsible for assisting with planning, guiding, and assessing instruction. The selected candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with Lead Teachers to ensure smooth transitions, similar expectations throughout the day, and efficient planning. Additionally, the Part-time Assistant Teacher will facilitate open communication with families.…
