The County of Riverside - Riverside University Health System - Community Health Center (RUHS-CHC) is currently recruiting for a Per Diem Registered Nurse II/III MC/CHC to join the MSC Family Care Clinic located in Moreno Valley.
The Registered Nurse will serve as a liaison between providers and patients, manage clinic workflow and nursing schedules, triage patient calls, and coordinate patient care. Responsibilities include medication administration and refills, patient and staff education, assisting with procedures, managing clinical phone lines and workqueues, precepting and orienting staff, and supporting patient care needs. The RN will also participate in CODE MET, on-call rotation, referrals, DME orders, post-hospital discharge appointments, and emergency room patient transfers.
The most competitive candidates will have experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department (ED), Urgent Care or Ambulatory Care setting. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not…
